В ночь с 17 на 18 октября ракета-носитель «Антарес» ОА5 с грузовым кораблём «Сигнус» на борту успешно стартовал из Среднеатлантического регионального космопорта на острове Волопс, штат Виргиния, США. Ракета-носитель доставила на Международную космическую станцию почти 2,5 тонны полезного груза, включая провизию для экипажа, оборудование для самой станции и проведения научных исследований на орбите.
Американская корпорация Orbital Science Corporation является разработчиком ракеты-носителя. Однако аппарат создан на основе международного сотрудничества. В частности, основную конструкцию первой ступени «Антареса» разработало конструкторское бюро «Южное» из Днепропетровска, а изготовил Южный машиностроительный завод имени Макарова совместно с предприятиями «Хартрон-АРКОС» из Харькова, «Киевприбор», «Хартрон-ЮКОМ» из Запорожья, «Чезара» и «РАПИД» из Чернигова.
Важно отметить, что первая ступень «Антареса» высотой 27,7 метра и весом 16,8 тонны идеально подошла к российскому двигателю, который установлен на ракете-носителе.

ПАСЕ ПРИДЁТСЯ ВОЗОБНОВИТЬ ДИАЛОГ С РОССИЕЙ
Педро Аграмунт, президент Парламентской Ассамблеи Совета Европы (ПАСЕ), недавно заявил, что диалог с Россией жизненно необходим Европе, и поэтому депутаты новоизбранной Государственной Думы должны присутствовать в сессионном зале уже в следующем году. В январе руководство Госдумы решило не направлять своих депутатов на сессию ПАСЕ, чтобы избежать так называемых санкций и предвзятого отношения со стороны вассалов Вашингтона.
После парламентских выборов в Госдуме считают, что ассамблея не имеет никакого права выставлять старые счета новой российской делегации. Председатель комитета по иностранным делам Госдумы Леонид Слуцкий подчеркнул: «Если возможность принятия дискриминационных решений по пересмотру полномочий национальных делегаций сохранится, то мы не будем готовы вернуться к полноформатной работе в ПАСЕ».
По словам многих обозревателей, к заявлениям Москвы в ПАСЕ относятся очень внимательно.

Using privatization to cover short-term budget problem creates larger long-term problem

The list of enterprises subject to privatization in 2016 and 2017 includes 19 enterprises that are based in the Odessa region. Among them are the Black Sea Shipping Company, Odessa Airlines and 99.56% of shares of the Odessa port chemical plant estimated at from $800 million to $1.5 billion.
In addition, the plan for privatization of state-owned enterprises envisages the sale of blue-chip companies, such as CentrEnergo (UX: CEEN) valued at $1 billion, the Kharkov-based turbine company Turboatom, which is 75% owned by the state, and the Zaporozhye titanomagnesium plant (51% owned by the state), the only producer of sponge titanium in Europe.
Observers agree that using privatization to cover a short-term budget problem creates a larger long-term problem. The profits of Ukrainian enterprises would flow out of this country, reducing the grivna’s exchange rate. In effect, allowing foreigners to acquire Ukraine’s national assets helps them to speculate against the grivna. Critics say a puppet government’s policy to get foreign loans at any price and to sell off the remnants of Ukrainian industry is the road to nowhere.
According to politologist Paul Craig Roberts, privatization is the vehicle to undercut economic sovereignty and increase profits by raising prices. Today

Moscow, Ankara seal gas pipe deal
Alexander Novak, Russian minister of power engineering, and his Turkish counterpart have signed the inter-governmental agreement about construction of the Turkish Stream natural-gas pipeline on the Black Sea bed. In particular, the project provides for laying of two branches of the Turkish Stream on the seabed, each having a capacity to carry 15.75 billion cubic meters of natural gas to the Balkan Peninsula. Plans are afoot to complete the project by December 2019.
In addition, the Russian state company RosAtom participates in construction of a nuclear power plant near the Turkish city of Mersin. According to plan, the N-plant will have four 1.2-gigawatt reactors.

30,000 refugees from Washington’s wars must be moved from Greece to other EU member-countries

The European Union must move some 30,000 refugees from Greece to other EU member-countries by the end of 2017. Flocks of refugees from the Washington’s wars in the Middle East and North Africa, which Europe so mindlessly enabled, put a stranglehold on Greece.
In pursuance of the EU quota mechanism only 5,651 migrants were moved to Italy from Greek islands with great difficulty. Other countries and Hungary in particular are reluctant to give refuge to the migrants.
According to forecasts by Greek journalists, three million refugees will come to the EU by this year-end. At present, Greece has to bear the heaviest burden of this chaos created by the American evil empire and its European vassals. The country of 10.8 million people has given refuge to 57,428 migrants and Athens requires 480 million euros to overcome the crisis.
